This week, Venus embarks on a spectacular celestial journey, passing through a region known as the Golden Gate of the Ecliptic.
This 'Golden Gate' is formed by two star clusters, the Hyades and Pleiades, situated in the constellation Taurus.
Venus will gracefully traverse the invisible line between these clusters, culminating in a close approach to Aldebaran on July 12th and 13th.
Observers in both the northern and southern hemispheres will have an excellent opportunity to witness this breathtaking cosmic event.
